Clinic offerings focus on fundamentals such as hitting, fielding, pitching and catching. Clinics have primarily been offered indoors during winter months.
Private lessons can focus on the skill areas selected by the family. Standard lesson lengths have included 30, 45 and 60 minutes, subject to coach availability.
Good training is not about adding complexity for its own sake. Players benefit from repeated practice of the skills that show up every inning: throwing, catching, movement, hitting decisions, pitching mechanics and game awareness.
Training availability can change with the season, facility schedule and coaching capacity. Contact Adirondack Heat before planning around a specific clinic, camp or lesson.
