Training rhythm
Structured without pretending every team is the same.
Schedules vary by team and season. The organization's general approach has included indoor winter workouts, outdoor practices in season, weeknight competition and weekend doubleheaders.
Competition
Tournaments can be part of the experience.
Most teams usually participate in at least one local tournament. Older teams may add more tournament play when the coaches believe it is appropriate.
Past softball tournament experiences have included The Rock Sports Park, FastPitch Nation and regional USSSA events.
Uniforms: new players have historically received a HEAT jersey top and socks. Players supply their own pants; black pants are preferred. Confirm current uniform details with the organization before purchasing equipment.
